Diflucor Eye Drop 5 ml contains Difluprednate used to treat post-operative eye pain and inflammation. Diflucor Eye Drop 5 ml is a topical corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory properties and acts by inhibiting the chemicals such as prostaglandins production (chemical messengers) that make the eye red, swollen, and itchy. Diflucor Eye Drop 5 ml also used to treat post-infectious swelling and pain of the eyes, treat anterior uveitis, inflammation that affects the front part of the eye.
Directions for Use
Diflucor Eye Drop 5 ml is available in the form of eye drops.Eye drops: Wash your hands thoroughly with water before and after use. Take the prescribed amount of dose with the dropper and squeeze out a drop without touching the eye. Wipe any excess liquid with a tissue. Do not wipe or rinse the dropper tip after use. Place the dropper back on the bottle and tighten the cap.Note: Do not touch the tip of the dropper as it may contaminate the contents. Do not place the tip directly into the eye while instilling the drop. If the dropper touches the eye, immediately squeeze two to three drops onto the tissue and wipe the dropper’s tip with saltwater. Discard any unused medicine after completing the course of therapy or within 4 weeks after opening the bottle.

It is effectively used to treat eye inflammation caused by allergies, iritis (inflammation of the coloured part of the eye (iris)), uveitis (inflammation of the middle layer of the eye (uvea)), eye injury, postinfectious pain and inflammation.
Diflucor Eye Drop 5 ml contains Difluprednate is a topical corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory properties and acts by inhibiting the chemicals such as prostaglandins production (chemical messengers) that make the eye red, swollen, and itchy. It is used to treat post-operative eye pain and inflammation.
Diflucor Eye Drop 5 ml is for external (use in the eyes) use only. Use Diflucor Eye Drop 5 ml as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to use Diflucor Eye Drop 5 ml for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. You may experience watery eyes, irritation in the eyes, eye itching, eyes more sensitive to light in some cases. Most of these side effects of Diflucor Eye Drop 5 ml are temporary, do not require medical attention, and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.
Do not use Diflucor Eye Drop 5 ml without consulting your doctor if you have damaged cornea, ulcers in the eye, eye infection and producing pus, open lesions in the eye, and glaucoma (a condition where the pressure inside the eye is increased). Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before using Diflucor Eye Drop 5 ml. If you wear contact lenses or are wearing them, remove it before using Diflucor Eye Drop 5 ml, and you can put it back 15 minutes after using Diflucor Eye Drop 5 ml. Avoid touching the eyedropper with bare hands or taking it closer to the eyelids while administering drops, since it contaminates the dropper tip and solution. If you wear contact lenses, please inform your doctor.
